Fight Back The Common Cold With Pomegranate Juice

It’s that time of year again when germs are lurking everywhere in the air and on everything we touch. It has been common to grab the orange juice to help our system fight against germs.

Research has shown that the antioxidants in pomegranate juice help prevent colds. Pomegranate juice helps kill germs in the mouth before they can even start to spread in the body.

With this information it is recommended to drink 4 ounces of pomegranate juice daily to help with colds this season. However it does have a rather tart taste, so to help with this if you don’t care for it, add a splash of apple or pear juice and you will still receive all of the benefits.
