Tips to Healthy Eating

Breakfast is the best ways to jump start your morning. This will help fuel your body to function properly. Skipping meals could lower your metabolism and give you the urge to overeat at other times.

One way to help keep you from overeating is to switch to whole grains. The higher the mineral content, fiber, and vitamins in breads, cereals, and pastas; you will feel full on just half the portion size.

Don’t deprive yourself of things you enjoy, such as dessert. Just remember to eat a small portion in moderation. If you eat bread with your meal it is best not to have a dessert. Choose one or the other.


So remember to eat with balance and with a variety of grains, fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy.
