Many of us have become expert jugglers with work, family and running errands. We all deserve a pat on our backs for what we find ourselves accomplishing for the day, let alone the week! But let us not forget the balance needed between everything in order to have a real sense of happiness and well being.
Sleep is just as essential for our life as the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe. When we sleep we are allowing time for our body and mind to rest and restore energy.
Regular exercise will make you stronger, improve your immune system, increase your bone density and boost your self confidence. Recent studies have shown that you can have just as many health benefits if you can only fit in a moderate amount of exercise a day versus a rigorous two hour routine.
