The Benefits of Exercising

Regular exercise will make you stronger, improve your immune system, increase your bone density and boost your self confidence.  Recent studies have shown that you can have just as many health benefits if you can only fit in a moderate amount of exercise a day versus a rigorous two hour routine.

For example, taking a thirty minute walk or three ten minute walks throughout the day is also considered a good cardio workout.

And great news for stay at home moms, doing housework, vacuuming, mopping or dusting was evaluated in a recent study and was proved to reduce the risk of breast cancer because of more frequent moderate exercise rather than rigorous.

And health experts agree that the best sort of exercise to include in your day is, laughter.  Laughing fifteen minutes a day burns the same amount of calories as doing ten minutes of sit-ups!

Knowing the health benefits you can enjoy and how easy you can add exercise in your day should motivate us all towards living a healthier life.
