Decisions, decisions. That’s what we face every day when we decide to go out for lunch during our work week. It still is possible to enjoy having the treat of eating out while not breaking your nutritional limits.
Choose whole grain bread over refined carbohydrates.
Choose lean meats such as turkey, chicken or fish instead of the red meats that are high in saturated fats.
Between the dry air, bitter cold, and overheated rooms, it seems like we make it impossible for our skin to be anything but dry and itchy. What are some things we can do to help protect our skin during the cold months?
